Don't Miss This: The Incredible Naumkeag Pumpkin Show
The Incredible Naumkeag Pumpkin Show is officially underway! Wander the majestic grounds of the gilded age property in Stockbridge, Massachusetts decked out with over 1,000 pumpkins, more than 400 jack-o-lanterns, a myriad of lights, and a few slightly spooky surprises. While the event is Halloween-themed, it isn’t scary at all, so it’s great for all ages!
The Incredible Pumpkin Show takes place from Thursday-Sunday from October 3-27 & 31 from 4-8:30.

If you plan on attending make sure that you wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy. Some kind of warm boots such as duck or bean boots are perfect. Also, note that the ground is uneven and there are stairs that are not wheelchair, walker, or stroller friendly. Snacks and refreshments are available for purchase (cash only). And for the adults, there is a full bar (also cash only) featuring beer, wine, hard cider, and spirits from local Berkshire Mountain Distillers. I went at about 4:30 and it was really crowded but started to drop off around 7. So keep that in mind if you want to avoid large crowds. I recommend going a little before sunset and taking your time so you can experience the pumpkin show in both the light and the dark and fully enjoy everything Naumkeag has to offer.
